Ribston Pippin

Crapes Fruit Farm
£1.65 600 g Ribston Pippin

Long thought to be a parent of Cox's Orange Pippin. Although through DNA tests it's been proved not to be, it's most certainly a cousin. Grown in 1708 from a pip send from Normandy to Little Ribston in Yorkshire. Similar Aromatic flavour to Cox's. Hard and crunchy.
