Jargonelle Pears

Crapes Fruit Farm
£1.65 400 g Jargonelle Pears

A well known pear of unknown origin, it was first recorded in England in 1629 by John Parkinson (some think it may have been a pear referenced by the Roman Pliny, perhaps a bit of a stretch, but its certainly very old!)

These also need to be eaten soon, but are a little behind the Alexandrina Bivort.
