Don't know much about the history of this particular pear. Its known of the farm as Alexandre Bivort who was a Belgian Horticulturalist and Pomologist in the mid 1800s. He was particularly fond of Pears!
This small round green pear turns yellow when ripe and should be ready to eat straight away!
